What is Intellectual Property Law?
Pranav Khanna: "Intellectual property refers to creations of the intellect for which a monopoly is assigned to designated owners by law. Intellectual property rights are the rights granted to the creators of IP, and include trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial design rights, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets."
How I got into Intellectual Property Law?
Pranav Khanna: "I have done my schooling from St Josephs Academy, Dehradun. I then did B Tech in Mechanical from College of Engineering, Roorkee. I have qualified Indian Patent Agent examination and I am a registered Patent Agent. I am Patent Attorney at K & S Partners."
