What is Business Strategy?

Mohit Singla: "Business strategy is the firm's working plan for achieving its vision, prioritizing objectives, competing successfully, and optimizing financial performance with its business model, goals or objectives. Strategy is management's game plan for strengthening the performance of the enterprise. It states how business should be conducted to achieve the desired goals. Without a strategy management has no roadmap to guide them."

How I got into Business Strategy?

Mohit Singla: "After doing my schooling from Government Model School, Chandigarh, I did my B Com from Punjab University and MBA in Advertising & Marketing from University of Pune. I started my career with FMCG sector and after that worked with various organizations like E Gurucool.com, IBM, First Advantage Private Ltd & Liquid E-learning Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager and Business Head for almost 10 years. In 2010, I started working as an independent Business Consultant for various organizations."
