Krishna: "Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, characterised by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques."
How I got into Taekwondo?
Krishna: "I started Taekwondo in 2004. I am a 3rd Dan Black Belt and won CBSE Nationals in 2009. I represented India twice at World Taekwondo Partnership Program in South korea. I have done Advance Diploma in Coaching from Kyunghee University, South Korea and I am a 2nd class National Referee."
