What is HR Management?
Shubhi Verma: "Human resource management (HRM or HR) is the strategic approach to the effective management of people in an organization, so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage. Commonly known as the HR department, it is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives."
How I got into HR Management?
Shubhi Verma: "After doing my schooling from St. Anthony's Junior College, Agra, I did my BBA from Sharda University and then did my MBA in Human Resource Management from Prin L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Delhi. In 2014, I started my career as an HR Executive for Tech Mahindra and thereafter joined Lenskart.com as an HR Manager."
