What is Interior Designing / What is a Career in Interior Designing: Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interiors of a space or building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the end user. An interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manages such projects. Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, research, communicating with the stakeholders of a project, construction management, and execution of the design.
Interior Designing Course / How I got into Interior Designing: "After completing my Schooling from Welham Girls', I did my Graduation from LSR in Political Science with Economics. I did a Course in Interior Designing from ONGC, Polytechnic. I worked as an Interior Designer at Design Tech for a while. Today I have my own business and I am a freelance Interior Designer."
