What is Principalship?
Sandhya Dogra: "A principal is the head of an institution, college or a school. The principle holds great responsibility of administration, every problem of that institution and the members of that institution whether they are the teachers, children or the workers of the institution."
How I got into Principalship?
Sandhya Dogra: "After doing my higher studies from Jabalpur University, I did MSC in Bio Sciences with specialization in Medical Biology and then did my M Phil and PhD in Bio Sciences. I have been in the teaching profession since 2000."
