What is Relaxation Therapy?
Vaishali Mehan: "A relaxation technique or therapy (also known as relaxation training) is any method, process, procedure, or activity that helps a person to relax and to attain a state of increased calmness or otherwise reduce levels of pain, anxiety, stress or anger."
How I got into Relaxation Therapy?
Vaishali Mehan: "I did my graduation from Jodhpur University and also my MA psychology from the same university. After completing my studies I started working as a counsellor in Doon Psychotherapeutic Centre. Since 2009 I have been working there as a counsellor."
