Kishan Nath did his B Sc in Zoology, Botany & Chemistry and M Sc in Botany from Kumaon University. After that he joined State Secretariat Services and was working with UP Government. He was a Joint Director in Training & Management Institute with UP Govt. In 2000, he joined Uttarakhand Government and was working in different departments at the Secretariat. He retired from the services as an Additional Secretary from Irrigation Department.
