Major AK Naithani did his schooling from St Joseph School, Dehradun. After that he joined Indian Army and he served there for 20 year and took premature retirement in the year 1992. Later he became the CEO of Search Consultancy HRD. Then he and his son opened their own training centre called Derra Camps.
