Monica Majithia did her schooling from Loreto Convent School and then did her BA in English Literature from Kurukshetra University. Thereafter, she did her MA in Psychology from Punjab University. She also did her Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from NCERT, Delhi. She worked as a counselor & consultant volunteering for various NGOs. She is also qualified with UGC Research Fellowship programme with emphasis on Gender Studies and also published various research papers on fear of success in women in relation to self esteem. In 2015, she joined Sheroes as a Career Coaching Consultant where along with the career counseling, she also looks after the Women Harassment Act in our country.
