Nirmal Telpandey did her schooling from Bhide Girls School, Nagpur. Thereafter, she did her BA & MA in Pali Literature from Nagpur University. She did a diploma course in Beauty Culture from Mumbai and practiced as a Beautician & Trainer for few years. Later she started her own business of manufacturing snacks and sweets by the name of Nirmal Grah Udyog.
