Prateek Garg was born and brought up in Dehradun. He did his schooling from Brightland Dehradun. In California he developed the interest for cooking, so after coming back to India he opened The Great Indian Pub in Dec,2016 in partnership.

What is Restaurateur / What is a Career in Restaurateur: A restaurateur is a person who owns a restaurant it is basically a business which prepares and serves food and drinks to customers in exchange for money. Meals are generally served and eaten on the premises, but many restaurants also offer take-out and food delivery services, and some offer only take-out and delivery.
