Rachel Stix Neill started her career as a counsellor after engaging in her own personal work. She began working with mandated treatment for addiction, specifically Drug Court, and working with adolescents on probation with the courts. Over the years she has worked with private agencies as well as government and community agencies. She has worked with DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) programs, IPOs (Intensive Outpatient Programs), residential therapeutic communities, speciality courts (Juvenile Mental Health Court), as well as federal programs for inmates being released from federal prison. She has been able to travel and relocate and design my workday to support her lifestyle. This career has provided her with meaning and a sense of connection, the ability to help others and have a professional career that has been very satisfying for her.
