Shubhum Shankdhar graduated from Teerthanker Mahaveer University as a marketing student after which he took a job in National Banking Academy in Dehradun as a Motivational speaker. He has spoken to more than 1200 students in different schools, universities and even in his private office. His job was to motivate them so that they have the drive to achieve their dreams. He was also involved in the decision making process in the management of his office and uses his skills to motivate his employees.
