After that, he did Bachelors of catering technology & culinary Arts from Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad. His professional experience includes part time trainee at Orchard Restro while in school (11th class). Hands on food production training at Trident, Gurgaon for more than 2 years. After that Industrial Training in food production at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. He has been entry level Chef at Fairmont & Raffles Hotels International, Jaipur. He has been Chef at Leela Hotels & Resorts, Gurgaon, Chef Manager at Tehra Gaon, Dehradun, Chef Instructor at Dev Rishi Educational Society, Application Chef at Kitchen Solutions, New Delhi and Research & Development Chef at Fabrica By Chef Saby, New Delhi. Currently, he is Chef Entrepreneur at The Good Times Company(food business, catering & events consultancy), Dehradun. He has been working since 2006.
