Dev Aditya's Story

LLB - Brunel University London
LLB - Brunel University London

Dev Aditya is working to upskill and train a generation of students in South Asia. He is currently contracted through his social enterprise Otermans Institute to train 25,000 students with the government of Uttarakhand and hopes his model will train 2 million students by 2025. Previously he has successfully launched a green transportation scheme that serves 30,000 people every year, ran national award-winning inclusivity campaigns in the UK, launched the Together: an anthology from the COVID-19 book internationally for charity fundraising during the COVID-19 pandemic, and developed sustainability models for rural communities.

His first social enterprises were a micro-blogging website to spread news that is ignored by the main stream media in India called Bol Bharat Bol at the age of 21, and a student travel company called ZoosOut Experiences in London at the age of 23. He has sold both of these companies. He also started a student lunch service called Tintin in London which he stopped because of its lack of scope in providing meaningful impact and achieving scalability.

What is Corporate Law / What is a Career in Corporate Law: Corporate law (also known as business law or enterprise law or sometimes company law) is the body of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of persons, companies, organizations and businesses. The term refers to the legal practice of law relating to corporations, or to the theory of corporations. Corporate law often describes the law relating to matters which derive directly from the life-cycle of a corporation. It thus encompasses the formation, funding, governance, and death of a corporation.

I then completed my law degrees and worked for Solacexis now CHESS solicitors and continue to consult for them today on a selective case by case basis. My main areas of proficiency are in corporate and immigration laws of the United Kingdom."

This concept may be applied to a wide range of organizations, which vary in size, aims, and beliefs. For-profit entrepreneurs typically measure performance using business metrics like profit, revenues and increases in stock prices.
