Dr. Pramod Lal taught English Language and Literature from 1961 and was retired in the year 2000. After his Ph D, he guided 10 researchers on various topics of literature and represented a fast disappearing breed of teachers. Before his Ph D he wrote various research papers on Romanticism and Classicism, which got well accepted. He is also interested in writing poetry and one of his poetry books is 'Yoo' hai.

Teaching English Course / How I got into Teaching English: "I have been an English teacher for almost 39 years and I was one of the few lucky ones who could enter his profession of choice. I always said that I should be remembered as a teacher or else nothing at all. I observed my teachers and their methods of teaching right from my early childhood and in that way teaching became my passion and the profession of my choice."
