Prof Sachin Ghai is an Academician, Life Coach and Trainer with over 15 years of experience. His areas of academic interest are Economics, Management & Behavioral Sciences, Personality Development, Communication, Soft-skills and Psycho-linguistics. His research interest areas are Development Economics, Behavioral & Managerial Economics, Inclusive growth, and Innovation. He has conducted Management and Communication Skill enhancement classes for various Professional courses and for Managers and Working professionals. He has to his credit presentations in International Conferences, FDPs and Workshops at premier institutions like Harvard University (USA), IIM-A, IIM-L, IIT-R, MNNIT-A, IIIT-A, LBSIM, and others. He has offered Consultancy and conducted Management Development programs for Senior & Middle management of various Organizations, and has conducted Faculty development programmes as well. He also has research publications in International Journals like International Journal of Innovation Science (IJIS), International Journal of Arts and Science (IJAS), Journal of Economics and Sustainable Development, Research Journal of Accounting and Finance, etc. He has been on the Editorial Advisory Board for the book published by IGI Global on Socio-Economic Development. He is a member of AIMS International, Asian Council of Logistics Management and others.
