Roshni Bakshi did her junior college and graduation from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. After that, she did her basic course of hair stlying from LAKME. She started her career with LAKME as junior hair stlyist and worked there for 4 years. She also worked with LAKME Fashion week for 5 years. After that, she started working with SAM23 in Mumbai and she was personal stylist to actress Sonam Kapoor for 2 years. Later on, she shifted to Delhi and satrted working with Looks as Trainer and Creative Stylist for 2 years. After that, she started her own hair and makeup company called Poise Hair & Makeup - from good to even better.
