After that, he did masters in business administration from National Institute of Management, Delhi. He started his career in huma resources from a small recruting company. He aslo got to work as the HR Director with one of the organisation. Later on he went ahead and started his own recruiting company by the name of Corp Source One. He has around 20 years experience in the Human Resource Management.
