He has experience of studying animals in Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and Sikkim & Trans-Himalayan region of Ladakh. He is a Scientist G at WII.

It's goal is to find ways to conserve species, habitats, landscapes, and ecosystems as quickly, as efficiently, and as economically as possible.

High Altitude Ecology Course / How I got into High Altitude Ecology: "After completing B Sc in Zoology and M Sc in Wildlife Biology, I joined Wildlife Institute of India in 1988 as a Research Fellow.
