Naman Raj passed out of school from Dehradun and joined Hotel Management, Aurangabad to become a Chef. After completing a 4 year course, he returned back to Dehradun to join his fathers Bakery. After realizing he needed more exposure and experience, he moved to Australia for 2 years and trained under the Masters from all over the world. And then he finally moved back to Dehradun and opened his own Bakery called Bake Masters.

What is Bakery and Patisserie / What is a Career in Bakery and Patisserie: Bakery and Patisserie is all about breads, cakes, cookies, deserts, sponges and creams and a mix of egg, flour, sugar, butter, milk and how you play with them. Its basically the art and science of mixing the right amount of ingredients to getting your product by baking it in the oven.

Bakery and Patisserie Course / How I got into Bakery and Patisserie: "I was interested in Baking right from School. After receiving formal education in Hotel Management in India and Australia, I started my own Bakery by the name Bake Masters in Dehradun in 2014. "
