Naman Raj passed out of school from Dehradun and joined Hotel Management, Aurangabad to become a Chef. After completing a 4 year course, he returned back to Dehradun to join his fathers Bakery. After realizing he needed more exposure and experience, he moved to Australia for 2 years and trained under the Masters from all over the world. And then he finally moved back to Dehradun and opened his own Bakery called Bake Masters.

Its basically the art and science of mixing the right amount of ingredients to getting your product by baking it in the oven.
