Being from one of the finest boarding schools in India, ever since childhood, Nupur Aggarwal learnt a lot about life and independence. Her school, Hope Town, has added character to her personality. After that she went to Lancaster University for Bsc (Hons) business studies, that taught her how to be organized and efficient. While being in England, Nupur did more than 50 part time jobs in three years. This experience helped her explore herself and also gave her the courage to go out there and stand on her own feet.

After graduating, Nupur worked for a year as a COO at Hi-Jinks, an indoor gaming center, but this did not give her any satisfaction, which made her think about her purpose in life. This search ended after six months when she figured out that she wanted to help empower people. And so the journey of becoming a social entrepreneur began. Dehradun Drum Circle was her first project and now she has added Evolved Foundation, both of which are social enterprises.
