Pradeep Barara did his schooling from Govt Boys Senior Secondary School. Thereafter, he did his Diploma in Civil Engineering from GB Pant Engineering College, Delhi. After that, he worked as Sr Project Manager for Continental Construction Pvt Ltd for 12 years. In 1984, he started his own companies by the name of Swastik Pavers & Shivalik Builder.
