Sayoni Ghosh started learning music in Shrutinanadan under the tutelage of Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty. In the mean time, she graduated in Vocal Music (Hons.) and did her MA (Khyal). After completing her masters, she shifted to Dehradun where she worked as a Senior Music Teacher and was appointed as Head of the department, she stayed there for one and a half years and shortly after got an opportunity to work in one of the best schools in India, Welham Girls School. In the mean time, she worked on her career as a successful vocalist and has performed in many musical concerts.
