She participated in Miss Uttarakhand after her school and was in the top 3 contestants at that time. She started her modeling career in 2006. She had also worked as a Cabin Crew with Kingfisher Airlines for 2.5 years. She also participated in Femina Miss India in 2012 and was in top 14 participants. She has been working as a Model in various creative assignments.

Modeling is considered to be different from other types of public performance, such as acting or dancing.

Modeling Course / How I got into Modeling: "After completing my schooling, I started my Modeling career and participated Miss Uttarakhand and was lucky enough to be there in the top 3. I have also worked as Cabin Crew with Kingfisher Airlines for 2.5 years. I have done various Beauty and Modeling Assignments and still working in the same field."
