Game art design is a subset of game development. It is the process of creating the artistic aspects for video games. Video game art design begins in the pre-production phase of creating a video game. The video game artists are visual artists involved from the conception of the game and they make rough sketches of the characters, setting, objects, etc.
"After completing my Diploma in Video Game Art & Designing from Noida, I started working with VBeing Studio. I have been working since 2004 and has worked for various good games such as Moto GP 2009 and 2010. Currently, I am working in Dhruva Interactive as Associate Art Director."

"After completing my B Sc in Animation from Noida, I started my career in Architecture Visualization, however, I did not feel that very much interesting and quit my job after 1 year. And then I started working for Game Art Creation in 2014."

"After completing my schooling from Pragjyotish EMH School and Cotton College, Guwahati,I did my BE in Civil Engineering from NIT Silchar. Then I started my career as a Java Programmer and have been working in the Games Industry since 2003. Currently I am working with Dhruva Interactive."
Game Art Production is creating any piece of game art from its concept stage to its stage of completion where it can be used and is visible to the audience.
"I am a B com graduate and have been working in industry of computer graphics for over 18 years and started my first job in 1999 and my first job was to teach multimedia software in Arena. I have worked with different International Clients and people in multiple continents."
Game Art Creation is creating visual 2d/3d world/environment and characters for video games.
"I was a science student with no goals. In 2007 I did 2 years diploma in Game Art from AIGA, Bangalore and started my career in gaming with Dhruva. I am working with Dhruva Interactives for the last 7 years."
When a game is a made, it can be made by one person or even a thousand people. The role of the Art Director is to make sure that the work done by all the artists is coherent and is looking good. Studio Art Director is one step up where there are several Art Directors under him and the role is to support and mentor the Art Directors with the decisions they make as well as running the strategic decisions in a studio.
"I studied Industrial Design from Sweden after which I worked in the video game industry and then came to India and worked with Dhurva Interactive as a Studio Art Director since 2012."
