Ashutosh Kandari: "General fitness training works towards broad goals of overall health and well-being, rather than narrow goals of sport competition, larger muscles or concerns over appearance."
How I got into Fitness Training?
Ashutosh Kandari: "My schooling is from St Judes, Dehradun and after that I did my graduation and post graduation from DAV college. I started my own gym by the name Dungeon Gym in 2011 and work as a Head Trainer."
