How Fitness Trainer Aman Vohra got into Fitness Training?
After doing my schooling from Scholars Home, I did my B Sc from DAV. I was always interested in fitness and therefore started participating in Power Lifting. I have been a Gold Medalist at State Level for last 4 years and have won a Gold Medal in International Deadlift Championship in 2016. I am the Director and Fitness Trainer of Sportsfit by MS Dhoni, Dehradun.

A Day Of My day typically begins early, filled with calls about gym operations, packages, and client inquiries. Upon arriving at the gym, I oversee staff management and motivate trainers to engage effectively with clients. Maintaining a positive environment is key to promoting fitness and enthusiasm. In the evening, I dedicate time to my training sessions, often working out with friends for several hours. These sessions are essential for my personal goals and provide me an opportunity to connect with my clients on a deeper level. The culmination of my day often sees me back at home with family, reflecting on the value of each interaction and striving to improve. Through my journey in fitness training, the blend of personal dedication, professionalism, and a passion for helping others has shaped my career. The word kalari first appears in the Tamil Sangam literature to describe both a battlefield and combat arena. The word kalari tatt denoted a martial feat, while kalari kozhai meant a coward in war.

"After finishing the school, I went for my Bachelor's in Physical Education from Laxmibai National College of Physical Education. After graduation, I did my masters in Physical Education and Diploma in Yoga. In 1980, I started my career in teaching physical education in different schools and college's. I represented India in 1982 Asian Games in Delhi and in 1985 in World Games, London. In the year 1986 made a record along with 18 cadets and covered 580 kms in 11 days."
