What is Self-help Training?
Pallavi Misra Chaturvedi: "Self-help training is a self-guided improvement training economically, intellectually, or emotionally often with a substantial psychological basis. Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders. Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language."
How I got into Self-help Training?
Pallavi Misra Chaturvedi: "After a brief stint at enterpreneurship, I started my venture called Life Cafe - a self-help program which is especially directed towards adolescents. It caters to major areas such as leadership, success, self-improvisation, impression management, spirituality and so on."
