A yoga teacher is an individual trained to properly teach the poses used in yoga practice. Their role can also extend beyond the physical aspects of yoga as they may take a holistic approach that incorporates the mental, emotional and spiritual elements of the discipline into their teaching.

"I did my Graduation from Gwalior in Sports, Masters from Kohlapur University and Post Graduation Diploma from Kaivalyadham, Lonavala in Teaching Yoga in year 1993. Following which I taught in Kurukshetra University for Four years, a year in Austria and three years in Delhi at Bapu Nature Cure Hospital & Institute where I was the HOD. I then taught at the Doon School from year 2002 until 2017."

"After completing my education, I started working as a scientist in Patanjali Research Foundation. There I had conducted various researches to find out the benefit of Yoga in Neuroscience. I had written around 48 research papers and also attended more than 20 conferences nationally and internationally. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor for Psychology in DIT University, Dehradun."
