What is Training & Development?
Priyanka Jain: "Training and Development is a subsystem of an organization which emphasize on the improvement of the performance of individuals and groups. Training is an educational process which involves the sharpening of skills, concepts, changing of attitude and gaining more knowledge to enhance the performance of the employees."
How I got into Training & Development?
Priyanka Jain: "After completing my education, I started working as an Embedded System Programmer at Shyam Telecom Group for 2 years 11 months. Then in 2005, I joined Sanelac Consultants Private Limited as Manager IT. For the past 4 years I am also the Director of Training & Development at Building Services Design and Energy Institute. In between I did ICBI Certification from NABET and my Soft skills certification from Image Consulting Business Institute. Later I worked as Soft Skills Trainer at Image Consulting Business Institute."
